Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 2026

CEFA is committed to making the Talent Platform usable by everyone, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time checklist.

1. Our target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

2. What we do

  • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
  • Semantic HTML structure and a logical heading hierarchy.
  • Labeled form fields, clear error messages, and accessible validation.
  • Sufficient color contrast, and status never conveyed by color alone.
  • Support for reduced-motion preferences — decorative animation is disabled when requested.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful imagery and screen-reader-friendly content order.

3. Ongoing work

Accessibility is continuous. As we add features, we test against these standards and prioritize fixes for barriers that affect core tasks — signing in, building a profile, applying, and interviewing.

4. Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us through the Report a Problem page. We prioritize accessibility reports and will work with you to provide the information or function you need.

This page is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice. CEFA obtains jurisdiction-specific legal review for its published policies. Questions? Contact CEFA.

The CEFA Network

Part of the CEFA ecosystem.

The Talent Platform operates alongside CEFA's institutions and platforms — a connected network spanning research and foreign affairs, national development, tribal economic development, and procurement intelligence.
